This discussion with PAR Pictures focuses on their respective experiences in Caribbean Cinema and is an excellent prelude to the week long activities of the Festival. It will be an evening of socializing and industry discussion.

A special presentation on the Africala Film Festival followed by a screening of short films from Rwanda that were presented in AFRICALA.
Flavio Florencio, Africala Festival Director, studied Arabic Philosophy at the University of Barcelona and later specialized in documentary cinema. He is the founder of the first African Film Festival in Latin America AFRICALA which takes place in Mexico, Chile, Venezuela and Brazil.
